The Agency Relationship Management (ARM) Team is dedicated to provide DA-Desk System-related assistance to the Agents of our customers.
We have developed a range of services to help Agents work more efficiently, more compliantly and more effectively with their Principals. The support offered by the ARM Team includes System-related training, technical assistance, as well as providing management reports.
Agency Profiles: Agents can keep their profiles in the DA-Desk System up-to-date with information that is critical for vessel operators.
Agency Bank Details: Through a structured process, the ARM Team works closely with Agents to maintain their bank account information in the DA-Desk System for secure processing of funds.
Agency Portal: Our newly developed online tool provides access to Agents on their port call transactions and a compliance section with information regarding fraud prevention.
Agency Listing: Listed Agents receive business exposure to thousands of vessel operators who log into the DA-Desk System each day to appoint Agents for their port calls.
Training: Agents are trained on the DA-Desk System and benefit from technical assistance, if required.
Problem Resolution: Agents may be able to receive assistance on solving any DA-related issues between them and their Principals.
Management reporting: Agents receive KPI reports related to the port calls, which can be used to assess their overall performance against some relevant benchmarks.
