We introduced DA-Desk initially to save costs. We wanted to ensure that we weren’t missing out on discounts or paying unnecessary fees.

However, we soon discovered that there were other benefits to having a large amount of digital information accessible.

Our historical data is now available at the click of a button, allowing us to identify more cost-effective and efficient port services.

We are currently integrating DA-Desk with our voyage management and finance program, which will give us access to all relevant vouchers digitally whenever we need them. This will significantly increase the transparency in our annual accounting audits with proper documentation for all expenses related to port calls.
