Henrik Hyldahn
Henrik is the Group CEO of Marcura and brings over 20 years of leadership experience in driving commercial and personal growth through technology. Henrik came to Marcura from ShipServ, the world’s leading e-procurement platform for ship owners and managers, shipyards, and more than 50,000 marine industry suppliers, where he was CEO before the business joined the group in 2023. Henrik has a strong track record of building and leading multicultural teams, and of using technology to deliver value at scale.
Chief Operating Officer, Shipping Services
Dionysis Tzelepis
Dionysis is Chief Operating Officer, Shipping Services at Marcura, leading operational performance and ensuring customers gain value from its services. Previously CEO of DA-Desk, he joined in 2017 following over ten years in treasury and corporate finance at Eletson Corporation. His focus is delivering reliable, responsive services that help shipping customers control costs, reduce administration and manage risk. He holds a master’s in Finance from Henley Business School.
Chief Growth and Product Officer for Shipping Services
Bruno Deszczynski
Bruno Deszczynski is Chief Growth and Product Officer for Shipping Services at Marcura. He holds a PhD in computer science and power engineering, focused on optimisation algorithms. Joining as a software engineer in 2011, he later became Group CTO, shaping PortLog, ClaimsHub and MCaaS and leading AI-driven product development. Today, he combines technical expertise with commercial leadership to guide the development and growth of Marcura’s shipping services.
Executive Vice President, Customer Success
Vivian Boukla
Vivian Boukla is Executive Vice President, Customer Success at Marcura, helping shipping companies turn technology adoption into practical business value. With a background in aviation, shipping, supply chain and logistics, she brings a deep understanding of operational complexity and a customer-first approach to building teams, improving processes and supporting change. Vivian holds an MBA in Shipping and Logistics and is a graduate of Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens.
Executive Vice President, Operations
George Tsougkranis
George Tsougkranis is EVP Operations at Marcura, focused on delivering reliable services and improving the customer experience. He joined DA-Desk in 2022, following advisory work on digital and business transformation across Greece, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Combining technical expertise with strong client relationships, he works to connect systems and simplify processes. He holds master’s degrees in mechanical engineering and business and information technology, the latter with distinction.
Senior Vice President, Financial Services
Bruce Kuiper
Bruce Kuiper is Senior Vice President, Financial Services at Marcura. He joined DA-Desk in December 2016 as Commercial Manager of PortPayables, and is responsible for commercial contact with customers, the onboarding of new customers and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of PortPayables.
Previously, Bruce worked with Ernst & Young and prior to joining DA-Desk, he was a Financial Director for a mining company operating across East Africa.
Bruce has a degree in commerce from Stellenbosch University in South Africa, and is a qualified chartered accountant.
